All shutter orders are made-to-measure so please take a moment to check our estimated dispatch timescales and to review our general delivery FAQs.

All timelines apply once your order is confirmed.
Confirming Your Order
Delivery times begin once your order is confirmed. You have two options for confirmation:
- Opt in to a free Design-Check Callback at checkout: A member of our team will call you to check you've measured according to the measuring guides and advise on your design and aesthetics before anything goes into production.
- After your call with our team, we’ll send you a secure payment link to confirm and pay for your order.
- If you don’t opt in: we will process your order exactly as you've placed it. If we spot that your design doesn't work for any reason, we'll call you to discuss the best solution, otherwise we will manually confirm your order*.
*Our team reviews orders during working hours only, so orders placed outside these times will be checked at the next working opportunity.
Once confirmed either way, we’ll keep you updated by email when your shutters move into production and again once they’re on their way.
Delivery After Dispatch
Once your order has arrived at our UK dispatch centre, it will be collected by our delivery partner. You will receive an email with tracking details once your shutters leave the centre.

Delivery charges to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Man, and the Isles of Scilly are calculated based on the size of your order and range from £15 to £50.
Note: From 21 December 2021, we no longer accept orders for delivery to the Channel Islands. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll put your shutters into production – and from there, it’s a smooth, speedy delivery.

What to Expect on Delivery Day
- Deliveries are made to the outside of your property only. Ensure someone is available to carry the boxes indoors safely.
- Weekday delivery slots are between 8am–6pm. Boxes may weigh over 10kg and vary in size.
- Deliveries may be split across multiple van loads. You will be notified of the total number of boxes.
- Check all boxes upon arrival before scheduling installation to ensure your order is complete.
- Please keep an eye on your inbox (including junk/spam folder) for an email from our delivery partner SFG with your delivery time.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
The courier will leave your order in a safe place. If you would like the courier to leave your order with a specific neighbour or in a certain safe place, please let us know in advance. If they are unable to do this they will return the order and a new delivery date will need to be arranged.
If you know you will be away during the estimated delivery time please let us know as soon as possible so we can rearrange the delivery in advance. Unfortunately we can't take responsibility for goods left in a safe place if you haven't told us to make alternative arrangements.
Damaged Packaging
If the outer packaging is damaged, don’t worry — your shutters are well-protected. Open all boxes as soon as possible to check the contents.
If any shutters are damaged, email [email protected] with the product name, part affected, and photos. Our customer relations team will help arrange replacements if needed.
Order Delays
Occasionally, factors beyond our control may cause delays. We’ll work to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible. As our delivery times are estimates, we’re unable to offer discounts for delays.
International Deliveries
From 21 December 2021, we no longer deliver to the Channel Islands or Europe. We apologise for any inconvenience.
