Confirming Your New Order
- If you opted in to our free Design-Check Callback service, our Shutter Expert will contact you within a few days of placing an order. They'll leave you a message and send an email with instructions on how to call us back if they can't reach you.
- After your call with our team, we’ll send you a secure payment link to confirm and pay for your order.
- If you don’t opt in: we will process your order exactly as you've placed it. If we spot that your design doesn't work for any reason, we'll call you to discuss the best solution, otherwise we will manually confirm your order*.
*Our team reviews orders during working hours only, so orders placed outside these times will be checked at the next working opportunity. Once confirmed either way, we’ll keep you updated by email when your shutters move into production and again once they’re on their way.
